I agree to be a part of the team building the 'Leader Garage' (tentatively titled) mobile game and the associated company (hereafter referred to as the Company) that is/will be founded by Debarshi Kanjilal, son of Vivekananda Kanjilal, from Kolkata, India (hereafter referred to as 'the Founder').

I agree to the terms of engagement outlined in my welcome email from the Founder.

I agree that the commercial, non-commercial, and exhibition rights to any work I create as a part of this team is owned by the Founder and the Company.

I agree that any work I create as a part of this team will be strictly confidential and no part of my contributions may be shared in public or with people outside the team members of this company without express permission of the Founder or authorized representatives of the Company.

I agree that the Founder or authorized company representatives may notify me of additional requirements and policies at any time.
